TPM Club India endeavors to promote JIPM - TPM in India. Many programmes have been organized on this front for the promotion of TPM.

CII TPM Club India is organizing Achieving Zero Breakdown through a unique approach.

In order to improve the availability of machines / equipment for production and achieve qualitative production, the machines/equipments are to be kept in “as desired condition”. Maintenance division with the help of operations division can ensure this condition. The main objective of maintenance division is to ensure the reliability of machines / equipments and maintainability of the same.

The Seminar is designed to help industries for achieving the above objective detailing out the approach and methodology. The following aspects, which improve the functions of maintenance division, will be focused in this Seminar:

  • How to develop planned maintenance
  • Seven step procedure for planned maintenance
  • Understanding the PM systems
  • Understanding equipment model and past model approach
  • Understanding the load sharing between maintenance and manufacturing team
  • Understanding the overall support activities to Jishu Hozen team
  • Equipment maintenance control system
  • Periodic maintenance work system
  • Predictive maintenance work system
  • Information management system
  • Spare parts control system
  • Lubrication and oil supply control system
  • Maintenance cost control system
  • MP activity (Equipment Initial Control)

Target Audience:

Manufacturing Heads, Engineering Heads, Senior Managers and Managers from Manufacturing Process, Engineering & Maintenance department from the industries. Middle level Managers who are involved in Maintenance and Production functions.

The number of delegates is restricted to a maximum of 30 (on-first-come-first served basis). As a policy, competitors to the host company would not be entertained for this workshop.

  • Pre-registration and pre-payment is essential for participation. Cheque/DD towards delegate fee should be drawn in favour of CII Institute of Quality, payable at Bangalore. Delegate fee is non refundable, however, change in nomination is acceptable. NEFT payment is also accepted, if required we will provide the necessary information
